Suprised that is looking better! Fx for you!
Thanks for that, I will have a look!

I'm definitely out, AF in full swing now. Not feeling bad though, onward and upward! I hope I don't see any of you in Feb will still be hanging about here to see how everyone is getting along though.

ETA: If AF starts late at night, how many of you count tomorrow as CD1? I know there's different advice on how to track it when it comes late, just curious what everyone else does?

I count the night as day one if it starts at the afternoon. It usually lines up to a 27 day cycle then day one would be the 28th day. Though i won't count it if it makes it a 26 day cycle.

    Congrats to the bfps.

Afm, if i didn't just finish af I'd be convinced i was preg. My bbs are so sensitive, I'm breastfeeding so can really tell. Cd 7 and starting my temping for this month, and dp starts his abstinence.

Default Joyous January 2013 Testing Thread

    Hi ladies!
I've been absent recently as my cycles are still all over the place so I didn't O in December. Going by OPKs and O pain I think I O'd on Thursday so I'm just waiting for my temp rise to confirm. We only managed to DTD Wednesday night as we have friends staying with us at the moment so I'm probably out this month anyway but as I have a short luteal phase I will be testing at 10dpo on the 13th if AF doesn't show up.

J, you may be able to help with this- I've only had 2 cycles since going off BC at the beginning of August and my luteal phase in both of them has only been around 8 days, is this very bad and is there any way of lengthening it?

It's fun waking up at 3.30am to pee!! It means FMU is at 3.30 then I can't sleep again lol. But for a good reason!!

I think I'm ready to be coloured blue :-) I am now a day late for AF, 11DPO and that second pink line is definitely there and getting stronger.
I still haven't showed DP as he is on settling DD, but I know we will smile together and cry together. It's been a long road for us over the last 14 months and our angel babies were due 2.2.13 so now I can say I am pg for their due date which eases the pain (only a little bit!)
Thank you ladies for putting up with my crazy POASaholic-ness and my symptom reading. The friendships we create here on BH are really invaluable. Xxxx

Hi Teeja, I am not much help with this, but just wondering if you have been on BC for a long time, and if so, potentially haven't realised that you may have PCOS? (Which I hope is not the case!) I only say it as a GF of mine had been on the pill since she was 15 or so, so the pill regulated her cycle for her...once she came off it, her cycles were really long and all over the place, and she only realised at 25 that she had PCOS. Best of luck though, and I really hope this is't the case for you!!!

I have read that luteal phases under 10-11 days generally arent viable for an embryo to stick, as there isnt enough time for it to attach before your lining starts to shed. One of the solutions suggested was progesterone and other hormonal treatments.
