Kelsie I have read somewhere that you can have partial ferning when you have af due to hormone levels. Keep checking the following week and you should see a change

    Hi gals....
what do you think of my OPK?? I've tried IC's before and never had anything more than a faint line, so no positives. But today I did a Forelife and that's what I got. Am I right in thinking I've got a positive?

2nd cycle of Clomid. Last cycle was 33 days and I am fairly certain O was on CD17, give or take a day. I didn't temp or use OPK's for the first cycle but decided OPK's were the go for this cycle cos I need to get UTD NOWWW!!!

But the only reason I'm not sure about my OPK is that I'm only on CD10 today...

I think I stuffed up with my Clomid because I'm supposed to take it CD5-9 but I accidentally did CD4-8. Does anyone know if the difference in the days you take it can change O day?

I'd call that positive nirok. But I've recently read clomid can give you false positives and best to wait a few days. So maybe keep trying up to CD17 and see if you get another positive?

I had clomid for the first time this month too. I was prescribed day 2-6, and OD'd cd19. Not sure what the deal is with prescribed days but they all vary so much.

I've only had success this month with getting a pos opk with ic's. I used oracle fertility ones for the first time, they're awesome

Thanks missusmac... i've been googling about the cycle days to find out if it would change O day and in the process I learnt that if you take Clomid earlier ie CD2/3 onwards then there will be more likely more follies but if you take it later ie CD5 then it's likely to be less follies but any there would be good quality.
So it's up to the doctors own preference and experience when you are told what day to take it.

But all my googling still didn't help me figure out what I wanted to know. doh.

FS=fertility specialist. No not because of molar just that it's taking a while and we might need some help. I guess my GP just doesn't know enough so would prefer me to see someone more knowledgeable.
