    Good luck Kelsie! I used to not think about how bad I would feel if I failed but how good I would feel if I didn't. It helped me get through it when all my other attempts failed. That was 9 years ago now and I'm still smoke free. Its tough but the feeling you have when you do succeed amazing. x

    Kelsie and good tip I heard was keeping your hands busy when you'd usually have a smoke. If you'd have a smoke in the mornings set your alarm later so you're rushing to get out the door. If you smoke after dinner wash the dishes instead of the dishwasher. Etc etc

    Good luck! I also heard that brushing your teeth straight after dinner works really well too

    Been assuming I was 10DPO today but I'm only 9!!
    It's only one day but I'm so disappointed!!!

    Soooo crampy for the last 2 days!!

    Good luck with the patches Kelsie - your body will love you for it.

    I think I'm out this month . I had some spotting today. I'll still test tomorrow but it will probably still be bfn. I doubt its implantation bleeding even though I'm 12dpo so still possible.

    My digital now says 2-3 yay I can't wait for my scan on the 29th I hope we see something and hcg rises high enough for us to even see and hear a heart beat ill be 6 weeks or 7
