Sounds like you're making nutritious food choices most of the time. That's as much as any of us mere mortals can expect of ourselves...so try not to worry.

    Default Can't stop eating! Help!

I'm starving too. Have eaten non stop all night, can't say it's all been healthy but it's hard when the idea of eating chicken, meat or fish repulses me! I'm 13 weeks and have gone from 44 to 48 kg. I'm so bloated I can't tell what's bump and what's just fat.
It's so frustrating because I don't want to end up like Jessica Simpson! Lol

Sounds pretty normal! I am eating all the time too, and also feel pretty flaky if I miss my 2 hourly visit to the feeding trough. As long as your health care provider is happy with your weight gain, then I think it's important to eat when you're hungry.

As for the braces, you poor thing! Are they recent additions? I remember how much they hurt at first, and how everything got caught into them. Also snapped a few brackets off biting into hard fruits whoops. You can always try making a smoothie? You can sneak the walnuts and a whole heap of other nutritious goodies into a deceptively small looking glass of smoothie yumminess. I have been doing this even without braces just because I was starting to feel a little overwhelmed by the giant portion sizes at main meals - I don't mind the amount (i.e. not scared of putting on weight etc), but it felt like it took a good 30 mins to plough through the mountain, so boring by the halfway mark!! A smoothie can pack so much into a reasonably small sippable volume.
