I'm constantly hungry lately and I'm too scared I'm going to gain too much weight *freaks out*
I have oats, zymill & tea for breakfast usually a banana on my breakfast. Plus toast!
Lunch I have salad sandwich with tuna or curried egg or ham (personal choice on safety I know). Sometimes mc Donald's, a pasty depends how I am feeling.
Dinner is usually yiros, butter chicken, steak n salad, pasta BBQ I can't think of anything else :/
I used to snack more on fruit n veg muesli bar nuts but since my braces about 6 weeks ago I have stopped now I'm making my mains huge
