    Being alone is the only thing that really works for me but since that is pretty much impossible most of the time I settle for a long shower, big deep breathes, chocolate and I keep some rescue remedy handy for moments when I feel I am going to completely fall apart but can't - I don't need it often but it helps. Pilates is good also but that is hard to find the time/energy.
    My stress atm is so high I can barely function but the above is pushing me through.
