hubby cooks a roast every Sunday. Delicious. Best thing is he makes enough so there is left overs for Monday so 2 nights of guaranteed no cooking for me. Yippee.

I've been in a BBQ mood this last week as we just got a new one! Tonight I'm trying BBQ maple glazed salmon with just a spinach/pine nut salad and garlic bread

Planning on having home made pizza made in the bbq. Also hoping to use the bbq as a make shift pizza oven using our pizza stones and formula tins cut in half (hopefully) to raise it up off the flame. Thinking of using ham pineapple, mussles, onion, anchovies, sundries tomatoes on wrap bases.

Chicken snitzels, chips & salad. It's too hot to be standing in the kitchen for long.
