Hi, ladies, just stumble on this azoo thread. Bertie knows me well. I am reading the pregynl shots info. Ya, since i am with IVFA, they let me do the shots on d3, d6, d9 AFTER ET. So there is no early BT until 16dpo.

Bbhope.... did you say you're doing Pregnyl on d3, d6 and d9 after ET? I queried this with Prof I and he said d3,6,9 after ovulation (i.e. d2 before ET, d1 ater ET and d4 after ET). That's definitely why you won't be able to HPT.

Unless you're nutty and obsessive like me and you test the shot out of your system. Mine went lighter and lighter for 5 days. Day 6 was negative, day 7 back to positive which I knew was real. I've said before I probably could have bought a small car with what I've spent on pee tests!

Bertie, yes. I didnt make the mistake. I chatted with FS before I walked out of the ET room. That's the panic i had two nights ago with my first shot. 5 days? So even with my last shot next wed, BT might not be correct on fri...... I really dont see the reason to have pregynl shot on wed as AF supposes to be due by then and the extra support just doesn't seem to make sense for that day. If you do it before ET + the pessaries, can it thick up the lining too quick? My progesterone was tested good but 2 days ahead of normal cycle day before ET. The local clinic gave me a sheet with all estrogen, LH and progesterone level throughout the cycle. This is how i know.

I am surprised how fast the 1500iu pregynl gets out off the system. I did hpt this morning to test it out and it is very very faint positive. I am doing another shot this evening.

Bbhope... you must have some strength in you to be testing this early!!! You'd only be about 7dp5dt, wouldn't you? Otherwise, how are you feeling?

Bertie, i know it is the pregnyl so i am taking it as a grain of sand!! I just want to know how fast it gets out of my system and see if i actually can test on the morning of BT. It makes it clear to me that the answer is no.

I am not feeling anything! It is kinda sad really....no implantation spotting or cramping like i did last time around this time. So not looking too good unless the aspirin is masking the pain and steroid is giving me heap of energy. 20mg starts to make me less tired now. 15mg did nothing to me. Last time i had a day in bed feeling so bad after the cramping and implantation spotting.
