    Sciatica HELP

I'm pretty sure that I have Sciatica- radiating pain from my inner groin down to the tips of my toes, throughout my left thigh, bum, and all the way down my calf- but everyone I know who has it/has had it, says that the pain is constant... but mine comes and goes, every couple of days. I am crippled, almost unable to walk some days, others it's fine. Last night I was almost in tears from the pain, yet this morning it was gone...??
I gave birth four months go... is it Sciatica??? It is unbearable, in my hip, lower back, all towards my left side.
What can I do about it if it is Sciatica? Normal pain killers? Does it subside?

You poor thing xx I would go and see a physical therapist: physiotherapy, osteopathy etc.... and see what is actually going on.

I have had sciatic pain (result of a fracture in my vertebrae and instability) for over twelve years. I manage it with stretching and exercise.

Some days I have it, other days no.

Good luck in getting some relief x

Mine is the same, it comes and goes and just when you think it's all fine it can come back with a vengeance! It really is the most awful pain! Stretch is all I can say!!

    Default sciatica help

My husband has sciatica from a bulging disc that he had to have surgery on. He uses stretching, infared sauna and accupuncture for it, and has never felt better!
