Apologies in advance if this is a bit of an overshare.....but, I got my period today. This is significant because that means that I had a 28 day cycle. I very rarely have a 28 day cycle. I hopeful that this means that the combination of Zumba and my improved diet means that perhaps my cycle is regulating a bit more....which may be a good sign for my fertility. . Also significant is that I am not drowning my cycle day 1 sorrows in a block of chocolate , thus positively perpetuating the cycle .
We went back to Southbank for another swim today, then late this afternoon, before I cooked dinner DD and I were running around in the yard (in game that is a bizarre amalgamation of statues, dinosaurs chasing each other and ....god only knows, but we have fun). A little bit of after dinner Zumba and I am beat. It is so hot in the house, I just can't seem to get enough cross ventilation when i'm working out and it really wears me down. But yay for no more palpitations.
Right now I'm looking to Christmas. I really hope to get myself organised this year so that my diet and exercise don't fall victim to running around like a crazy lady. My other serious quandry is the positioning of the christmas tree. The normal spot for it will block my view of Zumba when I'm working out, but I don't have many places for it to go. This may require some creative rearranging of the lounge room, and maybe a clean up .
