Default Re: When to stop using formula

    I stopped bottles at 11 months.....formula at 12 months.

Totally up to you if u want to continue giving formula but its a bit of a waste of money if Lo is on a balanced varied diet.

Id ditch the bottles tho and give in a cup. Bottles arent good after 12 months

We do cows milk in the morning and before her day sleep, but karicare 3 at night.
I just feel like she's getting a good dose of vitamins, because sometimes she eats well and sometimes she's really picky!

Other option is to put your DD on multi vitamins

Default When to stop using formula

We still use formula at 20months old, my son can not handle cows milk and the only other option he will actually drink is more expensive than buying a tin of formula a week so we opted for the formula, it has far more nutrients than other milks and is made for human babies so was the better of the 2 options in my opinion.

Yes she will be starting "juice plus" in January

I'll just go with the flow, haha I'm the worst at trying to make decisions!

Default When to stop using formula

My 12 month old DS is on 2 x 200ml bottles of Heinz nurture stage 2 and 1 x bottle of cows milk a day, he also has breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between, like a pp mentioned I will be keeping DS on stage 2 until we stop formula because it has more nutrition.

No not a juice - for adults there tablets to swollow, and kids there gummies.... Tbh not 100% sure - but it's like raw foods - it's got heaps of fruit and veg in a tablet and the way they make them it's meant to keep all their nutrients! (I know several people who take them and have had significant health improvements) so starting dd next month and hopefully myself (depending on our finances as its abit pricey!)

Im not a huge fan of long term multi vitamins. There have been studies linking them to shortened life expectancy.
