Can someone tell me what the bull arab originates from?

I was told a mastiff x dane, but not sure how reliable that is.

    Default Bull Arabs?

    This is our girl.

    I love her.

Just if you did choose one, make sure you do your homework on who you get it from and where you get it from. There are a few dodgey Bull Arab breeders around.

I was going to do some pig hunting with my american pit bull terriers but never got around to it I love the taste of wild boar meat. I wouldn't own a American staff or american pit bull with other animals other than American staffs or american pit bulls just not worth the risk IMO maybe English staffs are different not sure didn't do a ton of research on them and have never owned them.

Being large breeds are they athletic? I would assume so if they can pig hunt but never know. We plan to go to the beach everyday and want a dog that will have no trouble in the heat to keep up with the family. There are so many looking for a home thought it woudl be good to get some opinions thanks for the help

Yerp they're originally bred to hunt pigs.
And as for the "risk" associated with amstaffs it's no different to any other dog it's not the breed its how u treat them no one dog breed is more probe to aggression than another it's how they're treated IMO I love staffies they're beautiful gentle loyal dogs I hate the people see them as fighting dogs vicious etc its so narrow minded.
Anywho yes they're very athletic we had our cross breed running at 20 k beside our ute many times very playful too. He loves the beach and being short hair no prob with heat

My SIL has 2 bull arabs & they are amazing dogs, great for families & they have a lovely temperament & are very active (she has 2 small children) I have never heard a bad thing about bull arabs, cattle dogs on the other hand though ... i have only ever known them to be aggressive but i do know people who own them & they are wonderful dogs. I guess at the end of the day, it all comes down to the amount of effort that is put into training & socialization, although i believe (personally) pit bulls would be the exception to this ...
