Default Spotting or Light Bleeding in Early Pregnancy

Hi, this is my second pregnancy and I am now on 7 weeks. The first one ended at 9 weeks with mc.

I experienced light bleeding yesterday and went straight to the doc to check the little bub and by the looks of the scan, he's doing fine. The doc advised that I rest up. The bleeding stopped after a few hours. Today, I'm still on bed rest but had a spot earlier this afternoon.

Does anybody had good stories to share where you experienced spotting or light bleeding early in your pregnancy that turned OK? I'm trying to keep positive and looking forward to hear success stories. Any advice?

We're really praying that our little bub turns out fine.
