Hi ladies. My dh has low sperm count. We may have to go to a fs. We want to give it one more good try to fall naturally. Can you give me some tips on what we can do to fall naturally???

There are loads of things he can be doing to help his swimmers
as a general rule, what he's doing now will affect (to a certain degree)what his sperm is like in three months time. So, if you want to try "naturally", your best bet is for him to tighten his diet, restrict his alcohol intake (if applicable), obviously stop smoking (if applicable), take zinc tablets, a high dose multi vitamin (our fs recommended centrum 50+), wear loose fitting underwear, take L-carnitine (health food shops) and then really go for it in three months time.
Was it just his count that was low or was it motility/form also?
Good luck, I'm sure all will be fine but it's still not the most fun ride to be on!!

My DP has extremely low count and menevit did help to get his up. Trying cut down (or cut out ) alcohol, smoking and coffee helps too.

    Hope they come back up!

His first count was less than a million when we first started which is super low and why we did ICSI IVF. We did three ivf cycles (1 fresh, 2 frozen) and in between we did a few count's. One count his had gone up to about 5 million and we thought it was probably after being on the menevit for around 6 months. It takes at least 3 months to work.

We also had a natural surprise pregnancy so while the odds are very low, it can happen.
