Low blood pressure? If you can't get in to see your Dr, maybe pop up to the hospital or even a different Dr that opens later just to be checked.

If you have been on your feet a lot that could explain it. Sit down before you fall down and have a drink and something light to eat. I fainted on the bus when I was 10 weeks, because I was standing up for over 40 minutes. The dr said it is not uncommon.

I am almost 12 weeks and I have been feeling this often. I have extremely low blood pressure which my Dr said is what's causing it.

I am 6+4 I had this on Sunday arvo & woke up on monday with a full blown head cold. My Blood pressure also tends to be in the lower side of normal too. If you feel really bad go to the ED if not wait until tomorrow if you still feel crap see your Dr.
