Default What to wear to work xmas party

I would wear a singlet underneath and maybe a cardi if it was cold. But it's a lovely dress :-)

I would wear it as long as you don't have your boobs pushed up to your neck. A little bit of cleavage is fine

Seeing as it's for lunch, team it with a nice pair of sandals and keep your hair and makeup relatively simple.

ETA- I don't think the model has too much exposed.

Well if you don't have big boobs, go for it! No singlet (as suggested by others) required

You could just pop a little bandeau under instead of a singlet. U don't want to compromise ur professionalism with ur colleagues! A lesson learnt very young for me, since I work in a very conservative profession.
Have fun, it's a gorgeous dress!

DH works in an "upper class" professional job and at work functions they are dress like hookers! I think the dress is fine.
