    Hey,

    Massive eggnog cravings and just wondering if its ok during pregnancy. Just the carton stuff, pretty sure it is but just want to check

    Doesn't eggnog have uncooked egg in it? If so, it would be a no no.

    I just bought a carton of it from coles I didn't even think about it being no no but I'm guessing this one would be safe ?

    I craved eggnog in my first pregnancy, so I emailed Paul's, and they emailed back to say that it is pasteurized, and therefore totally safe to drink whilst pregnant - so drink up and enjoy!

    i saw it in the shops the otherday and id say as others have said . carton u would be safe but home made it would be on the "no" list ...in saying that i still eat eggs undercooked (but not raw )

    OT but what does it taste like ?

    Im pregnant and saw it at the shops the othercday. I'd never tried it but had this urge do I got some. It's pretty nice, kind of tastes like a thinner custard with a cinnamon flavour to it. Homemade eggnog is probably even nicer particularly with alcohol...
