    Default Easy, yummy meals..

I'm trying to gain weight (atleast 9kg) I weigh 46kg and have never reached 50kg apart from when pregnant. I have decided enough is enough, I'm sick of being so skinny! I'm after some quick, easy and delicious meal ideas (breaky lunch and dinner). I have trouble with losing my appetite as well which makes everything so much worst!

    TIA.

wow... you must be tiny, last time i weighed 46 kg was when I was 16 years old!
do you like pasta? My fav at the moment is creamy mushroom pasta
basically mushrooms onion and cream - saute vegetables with some vegeta add cream let simmer till the pasta cooks (10/12 minutes) and voila'

I eat ALOT of pasta. And yes iv weighed between 43 - 46 for a long time. I just had my 3rd baby 6 weeks ago and have noticed I have. Belly that won't budge which I'm not unhappy about but I have a massive problem with my legs being too skinny. They look horrible! I'm over it and spending over $100 on one pair of jeans that fit my thighs.

My SIL changed to this and lost even more weight. She weighed 46kilos and went down to 43 after she changed to eating healthier. She's so small she's seeing a dietitian now to help gain weight. That's my advice..

I would recommend a dietician also. I don't see one to gain weight (obviously...lol), but she does have some clients who go there strictly for assistance in gaining.

Alternatively, Jamie Oliver has a delicious carbonara which is about a million calories per serve. Actually, I'll find out how much per serve and tell you... lol. It might help to have it every now and then... it's really yummy!

Okay, ignoring the olive oil, lemon zest, parsley and salt and pepper... this is 1107 calories per serve! lol Seriously. But it's really nice... and it may be okay to add to your diet once a fortnight or something.
