Day 35 - learning to Zumba when I am feeling unwell.

The last few days I have been feeling unwell, Saturday night I had a bad gall bladder attack. I was glad I had worked out in the morning because I couldn't even walk in the evening. Sunday I was left feeling all achy, I Zumba-ed through that and I felt so much better. Late last night the flu started to take hold. My ears and throat are so sore and I just feel Blah. I am not going to let that be a excuse not to do my Zumba. I am a changed person. The old me would have just used it as a excuse not to do it. Not anymore, I am determined to Zumba my way through it and get better faster.

I love you, Jenny! My advice would be to not push too hard and modify, modify, modify to get through the workouts. I completely and utterly understand your desire to keep doing the workouts (like last week when I was doubled over in pain from cramps but still salsa'd my way through Exhilarate) but just know your body and its limits. Keep doing the workouts as much as you can but don't push yourself too hard or you'll do more harm than good.

    And get well soon!

Also, doesn't it feel amazing to be the kind of person who cares about and wants to exercise?!?!?!
