Day 35 - learning to Zumba when I am feeling unwell.
The last few days I have been feeling unwell, Saturday night I had a bad gall bladder attack. I was glad I had worked out in the morning because I couldn't even walk in the evening. Sunday I was left feeling all achy, I Zumba-ed through that and I felt so much better. Late last night the flu started to take hold. My ears and throat are so sore and I just feel Blah. I am not going to let that be a excuse not to do my Zumba. I am a changed person. The old me would have just used it as a excuse not to do it. Not anymore, I am determined to Zumba my way through it and get better faster.
