    Question Does this sound wrong?

We are both in love with Brock, as a first name for a boy. However our surname is Birch. So ......... does

    Brock Birch

    Sound wrong/strange or anything?

No I don't think so. Brock is quite and awesome name. I think the only thing is is that it's so short like two syllables for both first and last name together. I think thats all.

Ok..... Some people get really upset in these threads when you tell them your honest opinion....
    So, here goes...

I think it sounds silly. Brock is....well I'll leave it there.

That was my only reservation, that it was a B and a B and they were both short, one syllable words..... not sure how other people see it though. My only concern is how the kid would get treated as a result.

Girls name is Georgie (atm) so no issue there.

Don't worry, won't get offended, you don't like Brock in it's own right or you don't like Brock with Birch?

    Both.
Brock Birch sounds almost comical? Like a character from a 1978 porno.

LOL see that's exactly what I was worried about, but I didn't know if it was only me that though that way and the majority didn't?!

Hubby doesn't mind it together and none of our family do, with the exception of his mother (which is strange for us to agree on something like that)
