    Default Single mum with twins

How do u do it? My DH filing the divorce and don't want anything to do with me n babies.
He asked me to quit my job year ago to ttc and we ended up get pregnant through IVF.
Now he want me out of the house and i really dont know what am I going to do with no income.
I don't even have car to go buy foods , go see doctor or do anything. I let him have a control of my life n depend so much on him. He made me sign a prenup before we get marry so now I'm stuck with two babies on the way no where to live n no money.
I'm scared I can't raise two babies alone. I don't have family in australia.

No experience, but Maybe see a solicitor or something because I think prenups change when children are involved (could be wrong) also contact centrelink straight away to get the ball rolling and he will have to pay child support also.

    Many hugs Hun

A prenup shouldn't have anything to do with anything now that kids are involved. Legal aid will be able to help with that. And I think there is a clause in some prenups that state that they are only valid if you leave him. I agree also with PP about going to centrelink. They will be able to help with certain types of support. I hope all works out for you. Also, I would get in touch with CSA to find out whether they can help with child support payments from him.

Hope this helps, and I'm sorry your going through a bad situation

definitely get to centrelink as soon as possible as it takes up to six weeks for a claim to be processed (usually less, it depends). There are women's refuge centers which will help you find a place and with centrelink and there is also legal aid to help you with your divorce
