Tagliatelle with tuna:
* 200g dried egg tagliatelle (I just used wholemeal macaroni lol)
* 400g canned tuna in oil
* 1 bunch spring onions, sliced (I just used red onions....whatever is on hand)
* 175g frozen peas
* 2 tsp hot chilli sauce (sweet chilli for me!)
* 600ml hot chicken stock
* 115g grated Cheddar cheese (only Colby in this house)
* salt and pepper
You basically throw everything in except for the chilli sauce, stock and cheese. Stock and sauce gets poured over 2nd to last, then the cheese is last.
Cook on low for 2 hours (or until pasta is done).
