Have you tried the ‘Feel it’ setting yet – where you turn of the verbal cues and just listen to the music? – what did you think?
I have tried a couple of work outs with Feel It mode, and at the stage that I am at, I don't think it is for me. I am not naturally a dancer and I do lack rhythm so anything that requires me to let loose or free form just leaves me at a complete loose end. I just work better with a bit of structure.


What do you think of the Zumba Toning Sticks and the workouts using the sticks on the ‘Ripped’ DVD? I think that sticks are great. If I could afford to get the heavier ones I would have but by doubling them up you can really tell they are working you.

Do you find the Rush DVD good for a quick 20min workout?

Rush is great. It's my go-to work out for work days. I like the work out itself and I like that I can sneak it in when I am really busy. It is a fun work out and I like that I can really feel it targeting my larger muscle groups.
