I had it terrible when pregnant with ds1 and then not at all with ds2. I do get restless legs occassionally nowadays. I found "elmore oil" to be a great help.

Restless legs is a pain in the bum! Wish it would go away but there isn't much that can be done unfortunately . I am a terrible sleeper also so that dosnt help. I try and walk a bit and jog as this sometimes helps with moving the legs but not always. I also get the worst urge to move them when I'm driving and stuck in traffic for over 1 hr some times. It's terrible gimme a leg cramp anyday! Even though they also suck!

I am only 5 weeks, very new to all this and I have had really bad restless legs. I read that Bananas help, but they haven't helped me. I look forward to hearing if anyone has ideas to help with it

    Default Restless legs

I wish I had an answer, I suffered with them pre pregnancy but now it is so much worse. Luckily I'm 40+3 so an end is in sight!

I did find that sugar before bed tended to make then slightly worse- which was upsetting as I love a bowl of ice cream after dinner! Now I just have it during the day
