    Default Painting a bed

I'm looking to get my dd one of those beds that are white metal pipe like, because the frame will be 2nd hand. To paint them can you just paint over the white and it all be fine and dandy? Or is there a special way you have to do it?

Not sure how painting it will go as they are usually powder coated. DD will be going into a bed early next year and I have picked a bed like you have described from Incy interiors and they come in beautiful colours so I will get hers in the pink to go with her white furniture :-)

You can get a special metal paint from Bunnings in spray can.
