So today on a whim, my husband and I signed up to do a 53km bike ride on Sunday for charity! We did it once two years ago and we had the same lack of preparation for it that time. In fact, we only bought my bike the week before the ride!
I think it'll be interesting to see how I go. I'd like to finish in under three hours, I'm pretty sure I'm fitter now than I was then given all the cardio I've been doing lately. Still, I can't pretend I'm not nervous! I'll have to see if I can find out what my time was last time and my goal will be to beat that.
As for Zumba, I did Ripped this morning and I'm currently in the waiting room at my dentist (who's running late!) for a scale and clean so I'm not sure if I'll get Rush in tonight, I'll see how I go.
