    Default Oh dear God, what have I done? - Week 5, Day 3 - Blog 51

    So today on a whim, my husband and I signed up to do a 53km bike ride on Sunday for charity! We did it once two years ago and we had the same lack of preparation for it that time. In fact, we only bought my bike the week before the ride!

    I think it'll be interesting to see how I go. I'd like to finish in under three hours, I'm pretty sure I'm fitter now than I was then given all the cardio I've been doing lately. Still, I can't pretend I'm not nervous! I'll have to see if I can find out what my time was last time and my goal will be to beat that.

    As for Zumba, I did Ripped this morning and I'm currently in the waiting room at my dentist (who's running late!) for a scale and clean so I'm not sure if I'll get Rush in tonight, I'll see how I go.

    Just popping back in to say that I got Rush done, have had dinner and my wonderfully clean teeth have just started hurting lol! Am I the only one whose teeth hurt after a scale and clean?

    Good luck with the bike ride. I love the idea of riding but I don't feel all that confident riding near roads...or other bikes. I am hoping to be able to bring my bike back to life some day and get more confident. Hopefully by then someone will have invented a truly comfortable bike seat

    A comfortable bike seat! That made me giggle lol! I have knicks that I wear and I got a gel seat before doing the Freeway Bike Hike but if I recall, my bum was still sore lol!
