Conception is when the egg is fertilized, pretty much straight after O. Implantation doesn't happen til between 6-10 days after O.

Default did you get pregnancy symptoms with in a week?

I felt exactly the same as I did every other month. Same twinges, sore boobs, everything. The first few months trying, I was sure I was pregnant based on symptoms, and every month, AF arrived. I soon learnt to ignore my 'symptoms' cos they meant absolutely nothing. The only difference between the month I got my BFP and every other month, was that AF didn't arrive

I Ovulated on the Friday. Saturday and sunday I slept 12hrs a night plus a 5hr nap during the day. By Monday I had this unshakeable... feeling in my stomach. I will never know what it was. Sick, hungry, cant eat, bloated ... ive never felt anything like it.

Everything settled down at about 5dpo. I never had spotting etc. 10dpo I had a BFN. 11dpo I had a BFP

Early symptoms certainly CAN exist. Whether people believe you, think your crazy, you think your crazy etc is another thing.

Unfortunately, sometimes we want this so badly we kinda invent symptoms in our minds aswell!

    Good luck,

Yes, I had very obvious pregnancy symptoms at about 5-6DPO with all 4 of my pregnancies. One was a chemical pregnancy and my symptoms were even STRONGER with that one than my 3 healthy ones.

I have never been so tired as I was at 4-5dpo. I am now 40+2!

The tiredness had gone by 10dpo when I tested positive, And I had a very unsymptomatic (is this even a word?) pregnancy.
