    Default A much better workout! - Week 5, Day 2 - Blog 49

    Tonight I did Rush and it was a way, way better experience than this morning's workout. I knew that I'd feel better in the afternoon so I really should've switched those two workouts but it's getting way too hot in the evenings to do the 60 minute workout then.

    I did Rush on Feel It mode and it was a weird experience. I know the workout well enough that I didn't have any problem following along with the steps but I don't know if I liked it better or worse than Learn It mode. I'll try it maybe every other day and see which I like better. Sometimes I felt like I got in the zone more but a lot of the time I felt like there was something wrong with my tele and that's why I couldn't hear the instructors! Like, the back of my brain was going "something's wrong here, you should be able to hear what they're saying!".

    Anyway, in general overall terms, I'm pretty happy this evening. It's almost the weekend and aside from the majorly bad cramps today I've had a good day. They're going away slowly but I'll take a Mersyndol before bed as a precaution (and because I'm still a bit crampy) so I don't wake up in pain again tomorrow morning.

    I am so happy that you were feeling better last night. I prefer the learn it mode. I am hoping you woke up with no pain this morning.

    A little bit but not as much and I was able to get a fairly good Ripped workout in.
