    Default Feeling Deflated

Me too! I'm feeling terribly lonely for the last 2 days. My parents don't want to talk about the pregnancy and all my friends are busy. Good thing I have a cat!

How is your belly going today? Do you have any chocolate biscuits left over for the poor people at the other end of the computer??!

I've been good and haven't bought anymore

If I had some I would share, promise haha
That horrid morning sickness has kicked in the past couple days though, except it doesn't know what's morning and what's night So there goes any enjoyment of biscuits anymore

Yep- unfortunately I think this is the curse of the single parent. Friends or Family just aren't as excited about the first kick, or the first word, or the first step as what parents are- you want to share but have no-one to share with. Bad news is it doesn't really end there- I don't feel I can boast about DS achievements in school because friends/family without kids have no idea (rightfully so) and I feel like friends/family with kids think I'm comparing or indirectly putting down their own kids. That's why I sometimes come on BH and boast- BH is kinda like my partner I suppose.
