    Default Party bag fillers?

Just being curious as to what you put in your party bags?
I don't like to put many lollies in due to allergies and reactions with colours, DD reacts to blue colouring so I am a little carful with that...
So do you use lots of lollies? What do you use instead?
Please know that this is a fluff thread and I really want to keep it light

    Default Re: Party bag fillers?

    Bubbles, chocolate, silly straws.

For DS bday party this weekend I got DP to cut dinosaurs out of MDF and then we painted them with chalkboard paint I am going to tie some chalk and a chocolate to each one for the kids.

I don't like to give out lollies because I don't let DS eat any and I don't want him upset because everyone is getting lollies except him at his party.

    Default Party bag fillers?

Depends on the theme! For DS first birthday it was a pirate party so I had pirate themed toys, his second was play school so we had play school finger puppets, stickers and books and attached helium balloons to them

Depends on how many lolly bags I'm giving out and the span of ages receiving them, I've used (or received) the following fillers:

    - matchbox cars
    - toothbrushes
    - small cases of face paint
    - a Mr Men or other 'series' type book with a bookmark
    - two or three individually wrapped chocolates from a big box of Cadbury Favourites
    - Bubbles
    - Stamps
    - Water balloons
    - Giant homemade bikkies that the kids decorated at the end of the party. The kids then placed them in a clear plastic sleeve which said 'Thanks for coming to x's party'
    - A novelty cup filled with a few individually wrapped chocolates

I'll come back if I think of some more ...

Target had mini bubble bottles which I put in, age dependant but glow stick wrist bands, mini party play doh tubs, erasers, and one chocolate frog. Reject shop had the erasers and glow sticks quite cheap.

    Default Party bag fillers?

For 7yo SD's party this weekend I've filled the bags with: (tiaras, tutus & tea theme)
    - mini notebook w/cupcakes on it
    - pencil w/ cupcake eraser
    - mini bubbles
    - butterfly rings
    - mood ring
    - cupcake lipgloss
    - tiara hair clips
    - mini fairy doll dressed in a tutu
    - photo frame with tiaras on it (we will print off a pic of SD and her friend on the day and pop it in)
    - and two other things that I can't think of right now. :/

They have been packaged in a sparkly gift bag.

Each girl will also take home:

    - cupcake that they decorate themselves in a cupcake box
    - lace gloves
    - tiara
    - teacup that they will paint on the day
    - silly cupcake shape straw
    - beaded necklace they make (this is something they all get in pass the parcel)
    - feather boa
    - random "winner" toys like paint your own cupcake money box, grow your own love plant
    - helium balloon (tied to their gift bag)
    - rose (they will be the table decoration).

We don't like SD having lollies etc so the only lollies will be mini m&m's and small choc bits for decoration on the cupcake!
