Default Any yummy decafs or sugar free drinks/snacks that you know of?

Just be careful with fizzy drinks such as water as it has high sodium amount

I love herbal teas such as peach, peppermint etc. Make up a big batch chuck some ice in there and have a healthy non sugar version of iced tea!

Also I can't stand diet cordial I'm a big believer in 'fake' sugars are worse than real sugar. Organic hot choccie gf it's yummo!

The European ones seem to have a lot less sodium - its the Aussie ones that are the worst! Eg; schwepps is 95mg salt whereas Santa Vittoria (Italy) has 2mg salt!

I have just tried to avoid the sweet temptation rather than substitute it. I eat seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and linseed. I'll then add some tiny pieces of 90% cocoa chocolate and oiula! My need for sugar is gone. I also might have a small teaspoon of tahini. I have also found brushing my teeth keeps me away from sweet things.

    I hear you!
Im pregnant and borderline Gestional Diabetic (I have my third and final test in 2 weeks!)
I am a big soda water drinker (soda ****** = no sodium!!!)
I would invest in one, they are great.
Just add a bit of lemon to it and its much nicer than plain water.
    I struggle with snacks.
I go for berries in natural yoghurt (i know you said you eat enough fruit - sorry!)
I also had braces until last week, so nuts were out. Now they are back! woo hoo!
vegemite and cheese on premium crackers
skinny cow do yummy icecream sandwich (for a dessert!)
also sugar free ice-cream or frozen yoghurt is good.
as for coffee - i can't help you! I went off it. I drink T2 herbal tea too!

Oooo I love all these suggestions thank you! Ok the soda****** looks awesome! And they have sugar free flavours too I think my DH has asked if we can get one of those in the past so he will be happy. Also have put the organic hot chocolate on my shopping list. Didn't realise you can get sugar free ice cream, definitely getting some of that! Also I will try a few of the teas you have all suggested.
I don't feel so depressed about it all now lol

Just read the labels of anything sugar free as they may have nasty additives or artificial sweeteners !

Oh yes that's true! I just checked the ingredients of the sugar free soda flavour and it has sweeteners, colours and preservatives lol it's like you get rid of one bad thing then add another!

You can get sugar free hot chocolate powder at woolworths etc. It's sweetened with Stevia, a natural plant extract.

I got a kids one for DD and she won't touch it but Dh and I love it. Dh puts it on his puffed corn for breakfast so it is like coco pops.
