I had to quit sugar and coffee for health reasons, i'm not finding it too bad, except i really really miss my morning coffee, and i'm a bit sick of drinking water. I was a three coffees a day, a bottle of soft drink type person!
For drinks so far i've been squeezing a lemon into a bottle of cold water which is nice, but i need some more variety
Any suggestions for a yummy decaf and some sugar free drinks?
What about some snacks that aren't fruit (i'm eating a ton of fruit and veg already) like recipes for cookies or something?
