Default Any yummy decafs or sugar free drinks/snacks that you know of?

I had to quit sugar and coffee for health reasons, i'm not finding it too bad, except i really really miss my morning coffee, and i'm a bit sick of drinking water. I was a three coffees a day, a bottle of soft drink type person!

For drinks so far i've been squeezing a lemon into a bottle of cold water which is nice, but i need some more variety

Any suggestions for a yummy decaf and some sugar free drinks?

What about some snacks that aren't fruit (i'm eating a ton of fruit and veg already) like recipes for cookies or something?

    Thanks!

Home made smoothies are super yummy :-)

Saw on a thread here recently that people we suggesting the diet rite cordial. We tried it the other day and it's so yummy and a nice change

Yoghurt is a good snack, you can get natural yoghurt and add fruit to flavour

The only cookies I can think of are full of sugar or butter lol

When I want a change from normal water I drink fizzy water. With a lime or lemon wedge in it. Makes it feel a bit nicer.

Rooibos tea has not caffeine if you want a hot drink, or dandelion tea tastes like coffee (if didn't believe it either). You can get them both in the tea and coffee aisle of the supermarket.

Water is great, helps your skin look and feel fabulous.

For snacks, bliss balls made with dates, cacoa or cocoa powder and maybe some coconut oil or even a splash of water to help bind them together. If you don't want the cocoa, you could make them with apricots or carob. There are hundreds of variations on bliss balls.

Yep sparkling mineral water with a piece of lemon or lime is my drink instead of soft drink, I love mineral water :-)

I second Roobios tea plus what about a handful of raw nuts as a snack ? Or goji berries are quite low in sugar but really good for you!

If I'm craving a sweet drink I just put some fresh pineapple juice with lots of mint in a big glass of mineral water
