    Default ovulation testing?

if had a strong surge yesterday (on the ovulation tester) when would have been the best time to try to fall pregnant? yesterday or today?

I would have started when I got the surge and DTD yesterday, today and tomorrow. You ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after your surge so get busy! Good luck!

agreed. when you get that strong positive opk you should O roughly 12 - 36hrs later.

personally. I would be DTD if at all possible once a day to once every 2nd day the second you get even a faint opk.
