I print through Creative Memories when I want a top quality book, finger print resistant, stitched binding...
But for cheap Christmas gifts, I print through Snapfish. They have 40% off at the moment also, the coupon code is XFREESHIP.
I've only ever had good service from them and we've ordered almost everything they offer.
Snapfish have always been excellent for me.
Minibox have always done good one's for me, and Officeworks.
Mixbook, its in the states but i found the quality exceptional and price was good too.
I use momento. It's a free program to download so you don't need to be on the net to use it. Then once you're happy with the book you have created you upload it to their website and order it, and they post it out to you.
The quality is amazing and you can be working on several books at once.

Another snapfish fan here - they aren't the 'same' as Kmart for printing, they are affiliated for deliveries, so you can collect from Kmart if preferred.
As a PP said, they have a 40% off sale right now for 3 days - with free delivery.
Vistaprint are great. Made my godkids photo books through vistaprint earlier in the year for their birthdays and love it.
