Default 7 weeks pregnant- spotting and slight cramping

    Hello ladies

I am 7 weeks on wednesday. This will be my first.

I have a date scan this Friday.

Last Tuesday I had a small amount of pink discharge / spotting when I went to the toilet. I went to my GP who sent me off for another round of blood tests to make sure HCG was rising and it all came back positive.

Today, I went to the bathroom this afternoon, I felt a little nauseous and funny in my stomach and when I wiped it was pink..... I've just gone back to to the toilet and I've now got some brown discharge........

I feel off in my stomach and I just want to know if anyone else has had similar issues in early pregnancy......

I'm sick with worry I'll have my scan on Friday and there will be nothing there..... also Friday seems like an eternity away!!

Feeling a little worried and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I had the same thing. 3 times before my 7 week scan and my HCG came back more than doubling. I was told it is either left over blood and the body is cleaning it out or implantation spotting. I even had it 4 days before my bt. Mixture of brown to light pink. Some cramping is normal too! Buy if it progresses then you should show concern. Good luck with your scan! Love to best how you go! I am now 16 weeks pregnant and popping out!

I had spotting, pink blood & bad cramping at 7-8 weeks. Everything is going well at 9 weeks. I had the same in my last pregnancy so it appears to be normal for me.

I had heavy bleeding with my son, they were sure I had lost him that happened 3 times in the first trimester but by the 12 wk scan they could see that there were two sacs and I had lost one but I had my son only probs he came early and he was small.

This pregnancy I havnt had any bleeding but constant cramping throughout, everything shows as fine only now we are keeping a close eye on it incase I go early again

I had red blood at 6+5 days and I went straight in for a scan and saw a heartbeat! I'm now 16 weeks! Hope everything is ok
