I dont understand what this comment means. That if a man watches porn he is being disresptful of other men? Is that a typo? Is it meant to say 'women'?

    No.
By saying most men watch porn (which a PP stated) its insulting to the men in general.
    Men = porn
The two don't go hand in hand. Loads and loads men don't watch porn.

    Digital playground?

You mean with the porn star "Kayden Kross" who is facing jail for illegal prostitution rings..

Or the fact that digital playground and hustler video recently shut them selves down after many of there workers tested positive for HIV as they don't condone the use of condoms in their videos..

Any type of porn all leads to gateways in one way or another.
Sure if you do some research and find a company that is squeaky clean and profits go to the company than fine.
But how many people do that?
You might start watching squeaky clean porn but if your not careful you could be unknowingly supporting something much bigger, IYKWIM.

I don't watch porn, and like I said in a previous post my husband "says" he doesn't any more, because of how it effected us and after some things I learnt I can't stomach it all.
But we have made our own videos and we do watch them, they haven't been put online etc.. Just for us.
It's exciting to do and fun to look back on.
I'm in no way prudish, but this is a subject I follow and because of the nature of it all I personally won't follow any of it.
    That's just how I feel

ETA. When I say it's a subject I follow its something I'm always reading about in the news, docos etc.
The actual porn industry is something I don't follow.

Not since we met 13 years ago. I wouldn't like the idea too.

To say that 'all' men watch p0rn is a broad generalisation and is, IMO,offensive - as not 'all' men watch p0rn.

The very real all man that is my 'life-partner' doesn't watch p0rn. It's not out my my instance or doing either, it's out of his own intelligent respect for woman and himself.

I work for a building company and some of the conversations in the shed can get quite frank . The last time this topic came up only about 1/5 of the men said they watched p0rn regularly. Now, this is anecdotal data at best but considering some of the conversations I see no reason why they'd lie to me about this topic.

I find it offensive that it is assumed that all men watch p0rn.

No mine doesn't watch it on his own and I wouldn't be bothered if he did, we do occassionally watch it together and make our own videos which is fun and a turn on to watch later.

    No. He doesn't have time

I know he has before but it doesn't really interest him that much. He has me
Plus he doesn't have a very big sex drive which is probably another factor why.

It doesn't bother me because if he watches it its a rarity and he has said it just doesn't "do" anything for him. I believe him, he has no reason to lie.

If it was a constant thing then I probably would care, not sure.

I assume my husband watches it occasionally and I don't mind. I can't imagine checking his history to see what he's been doing. I have zero interest in $ex atm and don't mind if he 'takes care of himself' either. We have watched it together in the past, and we have a great relationship and I trust him completely - if he wants to watch pron, have at it!

I don't think so but I know he has watched it. DH has a really low libido and I was actually suggesting he watch it as it might improve things! I used to have massive issues with it but don't care either way now unless it was some weird kinky stuff!
