Can anybody recommend any aerobic and strength fitness dvds that I can do at home with minimal equipment? (not zumba or dancing ones though)
The classes I enjoy at the gym are pump, step, body attack, body combat and pilates.
I will have a mat, fit ball and an aerobic step with risers, and can buy some small weights.
I have googled and there are heaps of step dvds but not sure which ones are good.
