Never. They are 16 mths and 4 years old. If they don't want it. They don't eat. Sometimes I will rinse off meat that has chilli on it for the youngest though. They eat everything we do

Around once a week. We get take out on a Friday and I'm sometimes not organised enough to order it in time so DS has something from the freezer, or baked beans or something. And occasionally we go out to dinner after he's asleep, maybe once a month. On Wednesdays I always go out for dinner with my girlfriends so DP and DS eat together, and on some Tuesdays DP has indoor soccer right at dinner time so he grabs himself something on the way home.

Never - I do make a different dinner for me if DS and DH are eating meat (as I don't eat meat/poultry ) and DS sometimes eats both meals!

Maybe once and it's usually if it's something really spicy.

A few times a week- mostly because they eat earlier than we'd want to, and we like spicy foods.
Sometimes we'll have something similar- they'll have sausages and we'll have steak with mash and veggies, or I'll do them a macaroni cheese with bacon and we'll have a bacon, tomato and chilli pasta.
I have a household full of fussy eaters, and with food allergies/ intolerances thrown into the mix, it seems I'm forever in the kitchen! Lucky I like cooking.
