    Thank you everyone for all the advice.

    I went and saw my Dr yesterday and she gave me a script for Circadin, and holy moly.. I think it works! I was asleep by 12.30 last night!!!!!
    And and and, I woke up by myself at 8.30 this morning!!!!!!

    I'm so excited for bed time tonight to see if it happens again!

    Catrules - I can't tell you how much I appreciate the information you have given me, I can relate to everything you've said. The last 3 mornings I've been trying to get out in the sun for at least a short time to try and get in the habit. Gosh it's difficult! But I'm trying. As an alternative, I've been opening up all the curtains to let in as much light as possible.
