I'm a size 12 and usually wear hipsters, but I got some size 14 and 16 full-cut briefs from Target. They were perfect.

    Default Underwear for C-Section

I had my mum go out and buy me some granny pants but even though they sat very high and quite loose they really hurt my tummy, not the scar. But I'd had extra surgery after my c section so it was prob more sensitive than usual. So low firm hipsters ended up working better for me. I think I might have used a pad sideways against the wound for extra protection.

    Default Underwear for C-Section

I just wore hipsters that sat lower than my scar.
My OB put a protective plaster over the wound that had to stay for 6 weeks so rubbing in the wound wasn't an issue.
