Sorry I've neglected my blogging the last few days.
I want to boast and say how PROUD I am of myself! I'm making sure I do my Zumba, even when I'm unwell or have had a bad day and you know what? I always forget everything while I'm doing it. I just relax and enjoy myself and its fantastic!
A couple of personal improvements, I can now do all the turns in every DVD without getting dizzy! That is amazing for me. I've not once had any blood pressure problems lately and I'm getting far more agile than I was.
I did some measurements today and weighed myself and I'm a little disappointed. I've only lost two cms on my waist and around three on my hips. My weight is also fluctuating insanely. I'm disappointed but I'm also positive. No matter what I lose or don't lose, I'm still doing regular exercise and I'm making a difference in my health! That has to be good.
My eating is still my biggest struggle although I've been giving DS his dinner of my own plate which means I eat less and I definitely don't snack as much. It just dawned on me that this is perhaps because I'm doing Zumba at night during the time I would snack the most. Take that stomach!!
My transformation seems to be moving very slowly but it's still moving. Good things are happening in my body and mind. I have bubhub and Zumba to thank for this! And of course the support I'm getting from everyone here!
Zumba is AWESOME! (In case I haven't said that before!)
