    Hi all you wonderful women!
It's my last year of study! YAYYYY!!
I'm currently studying a bachelor or midwifery at ACU.
As part of the course we are required to follow 19 women through their childbearing journey and one little baby!
We keep in contact with from before 35 weeks gestation, until 6 weeks post birth!
We acquire roughly 15-20 hours per woman with things like
    -AN appointments
    -catch ups
    -phone calls/ emails
    -research we undertake
    -classes/anything pregnancy related
    -labour/birth
    -PN visits, calls etc.
It is completely up to you as to what we attend! And we don't need to be at the birth, but if you would like extra support, I am more than happy to be there for you!
I so far followed 16 fabulous women, who have benefitted from the program.
If you, or someone you know would like to know more, or are interested please contact me:

Or visit the ACU website to read FAQs about the Continuity of Care Experience Program (CCE) program.
