Default Who had a cabbage patch doll when they were younger?

I always wanted one. And mum never bought me one. Until in the early 90's I got dad to buy me one at the local flea market. and i still have her!!

I am collecting some for my dd now.

I did. Loved it for a while. Loved the signature on the bum and the belly button.

Dd1 got a coupe years ago from Santa. They got really creepy looking. Not like the originals.

me too! i think they are the anniversary ones. I'm not a fan of the new types with different shaped faces and different hair.

I had two - a bald boy Vincent who mum said I got very young (like 1-2 years old) and they treated like a baby, and a girl with short blonde curly hair, we can't remember her name though. My mum just found them recently for me and they're still in original clothes. I put some new Velcro and elastic in the clothes, stitched up some holes, and gave them back fingers and they look great.

I've been looking for one for dd for Christmas. Myer has a sale on the big ones but our local store has only one in stock. It's such a personal choice on features, name and dob so i'll keep an eye out.

Yep! A really good family friend gave me mine for Christmas 1984, it was all I wanted and my mum and dad couldn't afford one. His name is Alexander Evan and he still lives with me.... My daughter has him now! He is still in prime condition. My mum made him lots of cool clothes!
