Yup, sorry guys but I'm guilty of it. I phoned in today's workout...phoning it in is when you're just going through the motions. I was upset by something in the afternoon and I just didn't feel like doing it to be honest. That being said, I'm committed to this being a lifestyle change and that means being committed to working out no matter what my mood is like. I still managed to burn 500 calories which is my average for a Ripped day but I just didn't enjoy it as much as normal. Any other day, even if I don't feel like working out, once I start the workout I get into it but today...blah.
Anyway, my Mum and sister-in-law turned up at my house at the beginning of the second last song so I gave it my all for that one so they could see just how much fun I normally have doing it! I've got tomorrow off work so I can go see Breaking Dawn Part 2, that should be fun. Also going to catch up with some girls from here in the morning!
See? There are always things to be positive about, even when you're feeling blah.
