Default Sinus Issues ... Typcial in Pregnacy?

Just before I found out I was pregnant I started to have issues with sinus. Since then; as the weeks start to crawl by, I find my sinuses have become a lot worse.
I have never had any issues before with Sinus, and I wanted to know if this was common in pregnancy.
I also want to know what can I do about it? Is there any baby friends medication that I can take?

Yes, normal, it is something to do with the extra blood. Annoying, ears blocked, sore sinuses. You can use nasal spray for relief.

Thanks for the advise. I'll stop by the chemist on the way home and pick something up.

I'm on antibiotics at the moment because of a sinus infection. It's horrible!

Sorry to hear that hun. It's not fun. I'm all blocked up and have been for days. My teeth hurt amd I get headaches. Not fun, but if your on antibiotics it is probably a lot worse .
Take care and hope it works for you

If your cheeks are aching, massage from your nose towards your ears in small circular motions; it can move some of the congestion out and it relieves a lot of pain for me!

I know how you feel with the surgery for sinus issues, I had surgery for mine last year.

I am so glad I came across this post as the last few days my sinuses have been a nightmare, sneezing so much that I have had a blood nose a couple of times. I never get blood noses :/.
