Default How do you know when your family is complete?

I have three beautiful chldren, the youngest being 11 months. I am in a constant debate with myself about whether to have a fourth baby or not. I have ALWAYS wanted 4 babies but part of me is satisfied with my perfect 3, whilst another part of me desperately wants to go through another pregnancy and have a beautiful fourth baby.

My husband does not want anymore but I could convince him possibly hehe.

How did/do you know that you're "done" with babies? I don't want to regret not having a fourth but feel we are perfect also...........

I was exactly the same with 3. I couldn't let it go. It was ridiculous to want #4. Money, house, holidays, lifestyle.....

But we went ahead and did it anyway!!
I'm 20 weeks and feel so done and complete..

I think you'll know when your done.

Thank you for that! If I'm ever near my obstetrician office or hospital where I had my babies I get so emotional. I just feel like I'm not quite done. But I worry if I have a fourth will I then feel this way and discuss a 5th? I think I would honestly know if I was "done" and the fact I keep thinking about it, I'm sure indicates perhaps we should. I think I am done. I had a pregnancy scare not long ago and the idea of being pregnant brought me to tears. I'm not sure if its because dd2 is still so little and going through teething and all the baby stuff, or if i really truly feel done. Sometimes i think it would be nice to have a boy or to experience pregnancy again but i also wonder if its because dd2 was prem and I never got to experience the end stage of that pregnancy.
