    Default Spider veins

And mine involved saline injections - no electric currents involved.

Mine are awful now with my current pregnancy, they look like bruises.
Although I had them before they were never this bad so I suspect pregnancy is the cause.

They do saline injections for varicose veins too, but you need someone who is actually allowed to penetrate the skin deeply for those kinds of treatments. You'd need a nurse or someone, not a beauty therapist.

I work at a spa, so we don't really do diathermy... but a friend works at a salon that offers it.

I'd just google "diathermy," and the area you're living in. It wouldn't be something they do at every salon, as it requires specialised equipment, and it's not something people would usually come in for.

As for veins on the face - usually little tiny broken capillaries can be seen around the nose. Most people will eventually get them there (from wiping/blowing/etc). Sun exposure also does it. It makes your eyes water like made when you get it done near the nose - especially if they go right to the edge of your nostril. lol. I had tears ********* out...
