Wow girls exciting and positive happenings!!! Yippee!!

Thought I'd drop a quick line to say I'm in the up faze... We have decided that we will give our last embie a go, finger crossed that our last attempt is a positive one!! Holidays in 1 week then back to work... It was a very nice 4 months off!!

Warning tmi coming up.. Wondering if the girls who had a mc when and how was your next period? And when is it ok to start using tampons?

Well now back to cooking dinner and dusting off the suitcases!!

Oh appy, that is really frustrating. I will have everything crossed for you that your levels are increasing and this is the one.

Mrsmissy, I'm so glad you're going to have another go. They say after a miscarriage implantation rates are higher I think so I hope this is the one. I can't really remember my period after my m/c. I try not to use tampons much anymore as I read somewhere something about avoiding them if you have infertility probs. can't remember why.

Beatrix how are you feeling? Any symptoms yet?

Kheeki, I would definitely be sending a flattering photo for donor purposes! Exciting news about the trip!

Afm, I am 6 weeks tomorrow. So far levels are rising well. Before my blood test last week I was convinced I had miscarried again as I felt like all my symptoms had disappeared suddenly like last time but then levels were normal so maybe it was the crinone causing the symptoms. The only symptom I have is really sore boobs. Scan in one week. Not feeling particularly optimistic but will also be devastated if I have to face more bad news.

That's exciting hposs, that's everything seems to be going ok - I hope you have a good result with the scan.
Good luck Mrsmissy, I hope this one is successful for you.
Kheeki, good luck for the next stage of your venture.
Beatrix ?? sorry, I can't scroll back, but hope you are doing OK too.

AFM - Well went and did second lot of bloods this morning. Am still waiting on my call back from the clinic.
I have been doing a lot of soul searching and want to know why this keeps happening.
Not sure if I have updated you guys - but I had a phone consult with Dr Gamal Matthias in Sydney in August. He organised extra bloods. In the meantime I had consult with my specialist and a transfer done (I was unable to get results of bloods back before my transfer).
I had another phone consult with Dr Matthias last week and it appears my bloods have shown I have a hyperactive immune system which readily fights off anything it thinks is an intruder. He upped my prednisolone.
Following my current inconclusive result I have requested another phone consult with Dr M, had a consult with my FS and now am off to see another lady in Melbourne as well.
For a long time I have thought I have had some hormonal imbalance so I am going to follow that through, as well as possibly see a hematologist and/or endocrinologist, get as healthy as I can (as I munch on chocolate) and cycle again in February.
My FS is thinking he will do full bondi protocol next cycle with intralipids, prednisolone etc
This will be our last time I think - just a little over being the barren old bag though!

Hey Appy, I'm so sorry about the results, how entirely devastating for you and your dh. Your next plan in regards to the immunity sounds very comprehensive and I will be cheering you on hoping it leads you to your sticky bfp. Lots of hugs x
