I'm having my hysteroscopy on Tuesday, fingers crossed I can start injecting after that.

We were at dinner last night and I was seated near my pregnant SIL, who proceeded to inform me that once I'm pregnant all of the struggles will melt away...can you guess what happened next, I burst into tears! It just seemed a bit rich coming from a pregnant person who had been trying for less than a year and who didn't need ivf. Lord help me the next time I have to see her, I find negotiating this relationship very hard at the moment, any advice?

Beatrix honestly I avoid people who make me feel negative or sad at all costs.. I cancel dinners outings etc at last minute with terrible excuses.. It's easy for me to say as my husbands family live in wales... And they only Skype occasionally..

Thanks Missy. It's time for me to be a bit selfish I think.

Had my hysteroscopy today, FS said it was normal and no fibroids going into the uterine cavity. He also did an endometrial biopsy. Next step is I start injecting Gonal F on Monday.

    I hope you're all ok x

The things we have to endure to have a baby.. Poked, prodded, pulled in every direction and it goes on and on!!

Beatrix sending loads of baby vibes your way....

Afm: still pregnant and still in shock !! I'm being extremely cautious.. And very nervous...

Hi guys - sorry for no personals. Still a bit battered and bruised after my news last week and it just continues to get better (NOT). My first HCG last week came back at 13, now a second test today came back at 38!! So now have to do another test and an ultrasound to rule out ectopic. So the saga continues. The only 'easy' IVF results I have had have been the flat out BFNs!

Haven't spoken to the FS only nurse. It's just a wait and see. And I booked a phone consult today with dr Matthias to see if its an immune issue. Who ever said it was a 2ww. I think I've endured 3-4ww each time due to complications

Hi everyone, sorry been pretending I din't have lots of issues and it's nice when the denial works for a bit.

Appy - I'm so sorry darl. I can only imagine how hard it must be to have an unsuccesful 2WW and then be thinking there might be still be more to deal with. Keep letting us know what's happening we're all here.

Beatrix - I know exactly what you mean by SIL. You are totally justified to lose it but you just know the people who don't understand judge you as a nut case! Try and keep solid in knowing you are entitled to be a mess whenever you like and everyone else needs to connect with you, not the other way around.

    Hposs - news with you?

MrsMissy - you're pregnant! And this one feels different even though I know you're freaked but the signs, particularly being natural, are so positive. This is it babe.

AFM - off to Hawaii tomorrow for a month so actually feeling great and haven't even decided on any next IVF steps. Actually think my head is starting to move away from it even though i think we will try again xx

Appy that sucks. There is no justice in this process.

Mrsmissy how many weeks are you now? When do you have a scan? So exciting.

Beatrix goodluck with the injections on Monday. We are becoming professionals these days! I understand about getting upset by others insensitivity. I think it's good to publicly lose it sometimes to remind people what we're going through.

Kheeki have a wonderful break in Hawaii. Holidays work wonders to reboot your resilience and just to remind you what's good in life.

Afm started pill this week, synarel in another 10 days or so then injections at the end of the month. I'm sure the stim won't result in a BFP I just hope we get a frostie or 2.
