No I didn't get time to buy any in the end! Have done some more of the cheapies, they were $8.95 for 50, lol! All negative and now at 6dp5dt I'm feeling pretty sad :-(

    Hi Ladies,
I had my Bt & scan this morning! And it's all happening! I had about 6 large follicles. The largest on was 18mm already! So they have moved my Epu forward to tuesday. Yay! So exciting! So happy with my little ovaries for doing their thing. lol

I had to use Ovidrel for my trigger, and also after. I was told it helps support the endometrial lining to ensure its primed for when I had my transfer (diff pen, no measurement but I had to wind it to 6 clicks).

    Hi Melissa,

Ive heard of people getting really high numbers. I had 7 on one side and 9 on the other (have a naturally high follicle count), but 2 of them were ahead of the others so they had to do EPU and couldnt wait for all the others to catch up. I ended up with 5 mature eggs out of 7 collected. I don't think the numbers correlate, I.e. you might have 6 follicles and get 6 mature eggs, you could also have 16 follicles and only get 2 eggs. Try not to worry and ask you FS what number they're aiming for
    good luck

Hi Clucky14, I was in pain and could hardly walk for about 5 days after EPU. I also found it hurt to pee the first couple of days, it even hurt to sneeze LOL my FS said that was normal, and to keep my fluids up, I drunk 3 + litres a day and also a gaterade a day to keep OHSS away. If your unsure give your FS a call. Good Luck with transfer.

Also I was on Ovidrel but started after ET my FS advised me it helps your body prepare for pregnancy. MY ET was on the monday and I had to take 5 clicks each time on Wed, Sat and the following Tues (so every 3 days) Tues just gone was my last dose. Now one more day before D Day, BT is tomorrow I have never been so excited for this day to come

Welcome to all the newbies and good luck with your journey

Thanks girls you've cleared some things up for me ! I spoke to them today and they said its all normal. I have a bruise on my right side of my stomach so they must have done some digging during EPU!!! So excited that might be doing the transfer tomorrow! Has anyone else had any day 3 transfers ? What's the difference ? Is there less success rate?
